Return Period

You have a 14-day period from the date you receive your order to decide if an item isn't quite right for you. Given the special nature of our products, we're offer a product exchange or store credit for any returns made within this timeframe.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories, to qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return: Please initiate your return by logging into your account. Go to "My Orders" and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Prepare Your Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with it.
  3. Return Confirmation: After your return request is submitted, our team will review it and send you a confirmation along with instructions for returning your item(s).
  4. Send It Back: Follow the provided instructions to send your item(s) back to us. You may drop off your package according to our guidelines.
  5. Receive Your Exchange or Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or issue your store credit. We'll notify you once this is complete, so you can enjoy selecting your new item or saving your credit for a future purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for us to process your exchange or issue your store credit once we've received your returned item(s).

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply initiate the return process for the product you wish to exchange. Once we've processed your return, we'll issue you store credit, which you can use to order your new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, certain items may be ineligible for return, including custom products, digital goods, and final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
